Be assured of your safety with close protection services

Saturday, February 4th, 2012

Protecting your privacy and safety is a huge priority, especially if you’re travelling to a new city or country. You want to be assured that you will be free from any invasive media or public attention, and that there is an alternative, ‘backup’ plan, should anything untoward or unexpected happen.

Close protection services offer you these very things. You will be assigned a luxury car with a chauffeur, as well as given a planned itinerary (which you may or may not have contributed to the designing of). You will have well trained and experienced personal close protection staff, as well as 24-hour security.

Security teams offer discreet, expert and professional services, so you can be sure of having a rapid response service, advance preparation for threat assessment, and overt and covert security systems in place.

Some of the cars used for this service are Bentley, Range Rover and Rolls Royce Phantom chauffeur driven cars, all of which have darkened windows for privacy, and an experienced driver who will take you to your next destination. The cars are all freshly valeted, cleaned and waxed to give you the most comfortable drive possible, and many vehicles have music or video equipment available.

You will be treated with the utmost professionalism, and can rest assured that you will be protected to the best of the security team’s ability at all times.

Cash-strapped Lindsay Lohan travels in style in a matte black Rolls Royce Phantom (but she’s only renting it)

Saturday, February 4th, 2012

Lindsay Lohan certainly knows how to travel in style.

Despite previous reports that the young actress is strapped for cash, she was seen leaving on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s home in a matte black Rolls Royce Phantom.
Lindsay stepped out in the classic Rolls Royce Phantom – nicknamed the Phantom Menace – which has a tough-looking matte black paint job, and even the hood ornament, the Spirit of Ecstasy, is blacked out.

But Lindsay certainly didn’t have to shell out the $450,000 it cost to buy and customise. She is one of a long list of celebrities who have rented the mean machine.

And it’s certainly done the trick and got her noticed.

Inside the black theme is carried throughout the entirety of the interior, but with a glossy piano finish to contrast the matte finish outside.

Close Protection services for your VIP

Saturday, February 4th, 2012

If you are hiring the services of a VIP for a day, an evening or an extended period, you are likely to need to organise some kind of personal protection for them.

Particularly if your VIP is a well-known figure, whether a politician, film star or musician, having security on-hand at all times will be vital for their visit.

There are companies who offer Close Protection services, which are designed for this particular circumstance. The services include door-to-door chauffeuring, a backup vehicle and a planned itinerary, to ensure that your VIP’s stay goes as smoothly as possible.

There is usually a range of vehicles to choose from, often including stylish Mercedes or sturdy Range Rover chauffeur hire. Whichever vehicle chosen, the driver will be well experienced in providing close protection services, and will know the area well, so can divert away from main roads if necessary.

Close protection services will generally offer at least one personal security guard, who is there to shield your VIP from the public, press or others. This number can be altered depending on the particular contract, as some public figures are likely to attract more attention, whether wanted or unwanted.

Close protection staff will always be polite, professional, well versed with the itinerary and subtle when necessary.

Use a Farnborough airport chauffeur driven car to get you to that important business meeting

Saturday, February 4th, 2012

If you want to arrive at London in style then why not fly to Farnborough airport. Unlike the larger passenger airports such as Heathrow and Gatwick, Farnborough is a haven away from the madding crowds and a more suitable arrival point for the more discerning air traveller. By its own admission it is the:

“most modern and efficient business aviation airport in Europe”

So it makes sense to travel in luxury and style to an airport that can meet all your luxury business needs.

Close to the centre of London, its streamlined customs and immigration procedures and exclusive executive terminal means that every passenger is catered for appropriately as they arrive.

Since its first use as a balloon factory by the Royal Engineers in 1905, to the much loved annual Farnborough International Air Show today, the site has been witness to a succession of aviation milestones.

With direct access to the Farnborough airfield by car, why not hire the services of a chauffeur driven limousine or other prestige vehicle to take you to your business meeting or conference on arrival? You won’t be disappointed with the level or speed of service on offer.

Ascot Chauffeur

Saturday, February 4th, 2012

A highlight of the calendar and always guaranteed to attract a strong crowd, a favourite for most seasoned circuit eventers and sunny weather all week! well hopefully, it can only be Royal Ascot! The greatest race meeting in the world.

Royal ascot this week starts on the 15th until ther 19th of June 2010 see http://www.ascot.co.uk/index.html and for all those travelling may we remind patrons using a Limo or Chauffeur car or taxi to use fully licensed and insured vehicles at all times.

The Police and VOSA will be in full attendance every day of the meeting and random check will be carried out on drivers and operators alike looking for the rogues who bring this industry into disrepute.

Uninsured drivers and cars involved in accidents with you on board leave you no rights to claim rightful compensation for losses and injury whilst a passenger (not without a struggle anyway) not to mention the stress caused and time lost if the car is towed away by VOSA or the police in the event of your driver or car being identified as uninsured or unlicensed, especially if you are on he side of the M3

Even if they do not display one, as some are exempt, all licensed Limosuine, taxi and private hire Chauffeur vehices must carry their vehicle license onboard for inspection at anytime as well as their valid taxi or private hire drivers license. If they are not on display or cannot produce them-ask why not?

All borough councils or the PCO office carry out the strictest security checks and validate all insurance documentation for each operator and driver before issuing each license, if they can’t produce one i would start to think seriously about continuing the journey.

Last years event followed up with 21 police prosecutions! dont let it be you this year.

See you there!

Victoria Beckham saved from crazed fan by close protection services

Saturday, February 4th, 2012

If you’re a VIP, you’re bound to attract more attention than other people when out and about . This is why celebrities and leading business and political figures use chauffeur-driven luxury cars to ferry them about, but they may also need some extra protection.

Former Spice Girl turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham was extremely glad of her extra security recently, after an overzealous fan tried to follow her into her chauffeur-driven limousine. The male fan waited for Victoria as she left a members-only club in London’s Mayfair at around midnight, taking photographs and demanding she sign an autograph for him.

After politely declining his request, Victoria was very glad that her chauffeur was ready and waiting so she could hop into the car and escape the unwanted attention. Unfortunately though, the fan tried to jump into the limo after her. As he attempted to climb in through the car window, Victoria looking on in horror, her close protection security services appeared on the scene to pull the man off the car and away from the former pop star. Visibly shaken but completely safe, Victoria was driven home.

For anyone wanting extra protection from unwanted attention or security threats, you can often find close protection services offered as an extra when you hire a Bentley or a Mercedes chauffeur driven vehicle.

See the Wimbledon finals and have a fantastic day out

Saturday, February 4th, 2012

There is still time to organise a trip to Wimbledon this weekend to watch the tennis finals. The Ladies’ Singles final is on Saturday 3rd July, and the Men’s Singles final is Sunday 4th July.

Play is scheduled to start at 2pm both days, and the weather is set to be sunny with a few clouds. This is often seen as the perfect weather as it is warm and clear, but without the sun being overbearing.

In order to make your Wimbledon trip unforgettable, you could arrange a chauffeur driven car to take you to and from the ground, and back to your hotel afterwards.

You will be treated professionally, politely and respectfully by your chauffeur, and you can have him or her waiting to pick you up when the day is finished, to take you to your hotel or to a swanky London eatery for dinner.
