Stansted Airport is Britain’s third busiest airport, with over 22.8 million passengers coming through the gates every year. It is owned by BAA, the world’s leading airport company, and operates 24 hours a day, for 365 days a year. It saw a record 2.5 million passengers in August, even though it has only one terminal and one runway.
Stansted is about halfway between London and Cambridge, and, as such, is a very popular destination for business trips to the UK. Planes from Stansted travel to 32 countries, with 162 destinations.
Because of how busy it is, it can be a pain trying to get public transport to wherever you need to go, particularly if your flight arrives quite late. One way to avoid any hassle or extra stress is by arranging to be picked up from the airport and driven to your hotel, home, or business destination by a chauffeur driven car.
This way, your car would be waiting for you to arrive, and your chauffeur would be ready to help with your bags and belongings. They would already know where you are going, unlike getting a taxi, so you could just relax while being driven to your desired destination.
